We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and tags).
You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt). Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items purchased on final sale or marked as “non-refundable.”
Gift cards or promotional items.
Products damaged through improper use or mishandling after delivery.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first before sending it back.
To initiate a return:
Email us at marketing@shimmeryx.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with the return shipping address.
Once approved, please ship the product back within 7 business days. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
In those cases, Shimmeryx will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return is rejected (e.g., due to use or damage), we will notify you via email with an explanation.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you’ll need to follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification, depending on your preference.
